An American TV host, political commentator, author, and producer Greg Gutfeld has hosted many TV shows, some of which are the late-night show with Gutfeld!, The Five in which he was one of the five co-hosts and both of them are aired on The Fox News channel.

On March 12, 2020, he posted a tweet on Twitter, revealing that he lost 15 pounds of his weight from the time this pandemic started.

And he said it is because of “peloton, paleo, and pinot”. Peloton is an indoor exercise bike, Paleo is a diet plan, and Pinot is a wine.

His tweet was,

“Since this started, I’ve lost 15 pounds, and I owe it all to peloton, paleo, and pinot”

But, Covid isn’t the only time he thought of losing. He wanted to lose weight for a long time. In 2015 he posted

I gotta lose some weight in my fat face.” as a caption on Facebook”.

But, we never got an update on that.

From that time, he has been sharing posts, sometimes of green vegetables which symbolizes healthy life and we are also getting many hints from his posts that he wanted to lose weight far before the Covid started.

Gutfield also talked on Fox News about the problem of weight gain during the lockdown and the Covid period.

And, he also discussed the bad effects of obesity, and also telling that “A study found that Covid death rates are 10x higher in places where people are highly obese”.

Actually, there is no secret to his weight loss. He just followed a healthy lifestyle, a healthy diet, a decent amount of exercise, and also some wines.

In his post, he clearly said that he exercised in a peloton, which is a stationary exercising cycle. He used it because it was locked down and gyms and parks were closed, so he couldn’t go anywhere.

He followed a Paleo diet plan, which includes fish, lean meats, vegetables, fruits, seeds, and nuts.

And, he also drinks Pinot Grigio, which is a dry wine that is low in calories and can help in weight loss.

He also said that the support and positivity from his fans and followers also helped and motivated him to lose weight. So, he also thanked all the people who supported him and said without their support it would be a very hard journey to lose weight.
